Me And You

Me And You

Bernardo Bertolucci’s adaptation of Niccolò Ammaniti’s novel features Jacopo Olmo Antinori as Lorenzo, an awkward teenager who hates school. Pretending to go away on a skiing trip, he instead hides out in the family’s basement. His solitude is interrupted by the arrival of his half-sister (Tea Falco), who insists on staying with him. Bertolucci’s intimate drama harks back to his early work, as well as that of the French New Wave Films.
