A washed-up revolutionary, Bob (DiCaprio), ekes out an existence in a frenzy of drugs and constant paranoia. One of the few constants in his life, far removed from society, is his spirited, independent daughter, Willa (Infiniti). When his arch-enemy (Penn) suddenly reappears after 16 years and Willa disappears, the former activist desperately searches for her. Father and daughter must face the consequences of Bob’s past actions.
